PCE Live is a series of CE/CME lectures videotaped at a live symposium held in April 2009 in Stamford, Connecticut, for an audience of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Each lecture is presented by a national expert and addresses the latest findings in a different clinical area using an evidence- and case-based approach.

Program Objectives
- Describe recent clinical study results and guidelines and their application in primary care
- Identify diagnostic and treatment strategies for common conditions encountered in the primary care setting
- Apply new data to clinical case reports to enhance practice performance and improve patient outcomes
How to Receive Credit
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants may receive credit for each of 5 video segments.
To qualify for continuing education credit or contact hours, you must:
- Watch the video segments
- Relate the content of the video segments to the learning objectives
- Complete the self-assessment questions and evaluation forms

Successful completion of the self-assessment is required to earn AAPA Category I CME credit or nursing contact hours. Successful completion is defined as a cumulative score of at least 70% correct for each section that you complete.
The estimated time to complete this activity is 6 hours.
